The Role
We're searching for a Google Search Media Buyer who understands how to boost performance.
You will be in charge of search campaigns from start to finish, working with large sums and optimizing for real business results. You've done that before. International marketplaces. High expense. There is clear accountability.
This is not an agency profile role, therefore we prefer in-house experience over agency experience.
What You'll Do
Own and scale Google Search campaigns across international markets
Manage high-budget accounts with strong ROAS and CPA focus
Work hands-on with RINGBA (tracking, routing, attribution)
Build, test, and iterate on keyword strategies, ad copies, and landing flows
Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and tech teams
Make decisions based on data, not assumptions
Optimize continuously. Ship improvements fast.
What We're Looking For
Mid or Senior level Google Search Media Buyer
Proven in-house experience (non-agency)
Strong international campaign background
Hands-on experience with RINGBA
Comfortable managing large budgets
Performance mindset. Ownership mentality.
Clear communication. No excuses.
