Job Title: Entry Level Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Assembly Technicians to join our team. In this role, employees will work in the assembly department putting together small electronic parts for a variety of units we manufacture. Technicians will read work orders on the computer and utilize both hand and power tools to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small electronic components according to computer‑based work orders.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and accurately.
  • Read and follow detailed instructions on work orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
  • 6+ months of experience using hand tools.
  • 6+ months of basic computer skills (peer reference accepted if not work‑related).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment

  • Climate‑controlled, clean, and well‑maintained facility.
  • Employees wear company‑provided smocks and ESD equipment.
  • Supportive team atmosphere with strong focus on quality and safety.

Hours & Pay

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Weekend Shift (4th Shift): Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
