National Search Group Inc. is seeking a high-octane Specialized US Recruiter to join our elite recruitment divisions. This isn't a passive "back-office" role. You will be at the forefront of our operations, managing live candidate applications and conducting high-volume outbound screenings.
To be successful in this role, fluency in Western business culture is a non-negotiable requirement. You will be engaging directly with applicants in the US market, meaning your ability to build instant rapport and navigate cultural nuances is the primary key to your success-and your commission.
Compensation & IncentivesBase Salary: Php 25,000.00 Php 45,000.00 per month.
Uncapped Commissions: Successful placements earn between $40 USD per hire (Php 2,354.00). * Payment Method: Direct Deposit via Wise (Transferwise). Payments go directly to your bank account.

We are looking for seasoned professionals who can hit the ground running. You must possess:
Western Market Expertise: Proven experience recruiting specifically for the US, UK, or Australian markets. This is the ultimate deal-breaker for this position.
Communication Mastery: Superior/Advanced English (C2 level) in reading, writing, and speaking. You must be able to hold natural, fluid conversations with American candidates.
Heavy Phone Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in telephone-based recruiting. You should be comfortable "smiling and dialing" and conducting live screenings on the spot.
Live Application Response: Monitor incoming applications and call candidates immediately to move them to the next phase.
Strategic Interviewing: Assist the management team in vetting candidates for our specialized divisions: WoodJobs.com, Metalrecruiters.com, PlasticStaffing.com, and HealthStaffingGroup.com .
Pipeline Management: Manage candidate profiles within our ATS, ensuring all data is accurate and updated in real-time.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly submittal and placement goals to unlock uncapped commission tiers.
High-Speed Internet: Reliable connection with a backup solution (essential for remote stability).
Professional Audio: High-quality noise-canceling headset.
Hardware: A modern, reliable computer with a quiet, dedicated home office workspace.
Software: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Workspace.
