Job Description

We’re growing and looking for motivated 1st Shift Assemblers to join our team.

As a key member of our production team, you will:

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components using hand and power tools
• Follow diagrams and detailed work instructions to produce high-quality assemblies
• Inspect your work to ensure it meets top quality standards
• Perform teardown, cleaning, repairing, and reassembly as needed
• Use computer systems to maintain inventory
• Safely move materials using cranes, hoists, and lift trucks

Essential Requirements & Expectations  

This role requires consistency, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. To be successful in this position, candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of stable work history (with one employer) OR minimum 3 months of manufacturing experience
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality — consistent presence is critical to meeting production goals and supporting your team
• Repetitively lift to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift
• Stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

These are essential job functions. Candidates who are unable to meet these expectations will not be considered.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 5:45AM – 2:30PM with overtime hours based on business needs which may include Saturdays.

Compensation:

$21.50 per hour. 

You will join the team in a temporary role. There may be opportunities for consideration for regular full-time status based on performance and business needs.
