About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home, patient-centered therapy to pediatric clients You will support SLPs in helping children improve speech, language, and communication skills through engaging interventions.

Scheduling Options:

  • Part-time: under 24 visits per week
  • Full-time: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans.
  • Support assessment and monitor patient progress.
  • Teach families communication techniques and home strategies.
  • Keep detailed documentation of sessions.
  • Collaborate with SLPs and care teams.

Requirements

  • Licensed SLPA in Texas.
  • Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
