Social Media Travel Planner -  Remote

About the Role

We're seeking a Social Media Travel Planner to join our team and help clients plan and book their dream trips. This is a remote position for people who love travel, are active on social media, and want to turn that passion into a career.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Book seamless journeys via email, chat, and phone with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Use social media to engage with clients and showcase travel destinations
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth travel from booking to homecoming
• Nurture post-booking relationships to support clients before, during, and after every trip
• Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize future bookings
• Deliver high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and professionalism

• Active on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn) and comfortable engaging online

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for travel and curiosity about the world
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction

• Content creation experience (photos, videos, stories)
• Experience in hospitality, service, or customer-facing roles
