Tuknik Government Servicesa Koniag Government Services company is seeking an RPA Lead with a Secret Security clearance to support TGS and our government customer. This is a remote offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and RPA Lead is responsible for the comprehensive administration management and support of the organizations UiPath RPA platform and Orchestrator environment. This role serves as the primary technical resource and point of contact for all organizational UiPath customers. The position requires a blend of technical expertise customer service excellence and educational outreach to ensure optimal utilization of the organizations UiPath automation ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the UiPath Orchestrator infrastructure including access controls configurations and system maintenance while also serving as a trusted advisor and support resource for users across the organization. This role is critical to enabling successful RPA implementations and fostering a collaborative community of automation Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Platform Administration & Management:Maintain and administer the organizations UiPath Orchestrator environment ensuring optimal performance security and availabilityManage user access permissions roles and security controls for all organizational UiPath customersHelp users configure and optimize Orchestrator settings including tenant management folder structures and environment configurationsMonitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain platform stabilityCoordinate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies and standardsPerform regular system updates patches and maintenance activitiesManage robot deployment licensing and resource allocation across the organizationCustomer Support & Help Desk Services:Serve as the primary point of contact for all UiPath-related help desk requests and technical inquiriesTriage prioritize and resolve user issues in a timely and professional mannerProvide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to automation developers and end usersDocument and track support requests using the organizations ticketing systemEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate resources when necessaryConduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive solutionsMaintain service level agreements (SLAs) for support request resolutionDocumentation & Knowledge Management:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for UiPath platform usage best practices and standard operating proceduresManage and update the organizations UiPath wiki page with current information tutorials and resourcesCreate user guides quick reference materials and training documentationDocument platform configurations access procedures and troubleshooting guidesMaintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and common issuesEnsure all documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible to authorized usersTraining Education & Outreach:Design and deliver training sessions on UiPath platform capabilities features and best practicesHost and facilitate weekly and ad-hoc working group meetings for UiPath users and stakeholdersProvide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to automation developers and usersFoster a community of practice among RPA practitioners across the organizationStay current on UiPath product updates and communicate new features to user communityPromote adoption of automation best practices and standardization across customer groupsCustomer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong working relationships with user groupsUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutionsServe as a liaison between customers and technical teamsGather user feedback and identify opportunities for service improvementCommunicate platform changes maintenance windows and system updates to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath platform including Orchestrator administrationDemonstrated experience managing enterprise software platforms and user access controlsPrevious experience in a technical support or help desk roleExperience with documentation creation and knowledge management systemsExperience conducting training sessions and facilitating working group meetingsAdvanced knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator administration configuration and managementStrong understanding of UiPath Studio Robots and automation architectureProficiency with UiPath access control management security configurations and role-based permissionsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and support request managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and collaboration toolsU.S. of 2-4 years prior management or technology consulting experience preferably in the Public Sector/Federal working in a fully remote setting and working with cross-functional understanding of Agile software development producing client-facing deliverables and presentations and participating in client analytical and problem-solving to function adapt and succeed in a constantly changing fast-paced attitude and motivation to deliver the highest quality communication skills (both verbal and written).Self-organized and structured with the ability to define your own Requirement:Ability to obtain a Secret Qualifications:UiPath certifications (e.g. UiPath Certified Professional Administrator UiPath Certified RPA Associate) Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field; OREquivalent combination of education and professional experience in RPA IT administration or related fieldsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
