Salary: $86,000 - 114,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• We look for 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, data management, or a comparable technical field.
• We need hands-on experience using statistics and machine learning to address business challenges.
• We require experience building and deploying predictive models, web scraping solutions, and data pipelines.
• We need strong proficiency with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Appian.
• We require programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or .NET.
• We need working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• We require experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• We look for familiarity with BPMN and workflow automation design frameworks.
• We value knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
• We prefer familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or WebFOCUS and exposure to AI/ML concepts.
• We need strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• We value candidates who can lead initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Insurance or claims industry experience is preferred.

• We design, build, and deploy RPA solutions that streamline repetitive business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• We identify automation opportunities and work with stakeholders to evaluate workflows and determine suitability for RPA.
• We collaborate with business, data, and AI teams to create scalable automation frameworks that can support future AI-enabled capabilities.
• We develop and configure software bots using leading RPA tools while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
• We test, troubleshoot, and refine bots to maintain accuracy, reliability, and long-term performance.
• We document solutions and provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
• We manage deployment, monitoring, and optimization of automation solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• We integrate automation solutions with both structured and unstructured data sources.
• We support data governance, security, and compliance efforts in partnership with data and architecture teams.
• We help define and strengthen RPA best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
• We provide technical leadership and mentorship while staying current on automation, AI, and data science trends.
• We support production operations, including incident resolution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement efforts.
