Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (Hospice) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the plan of care, policies, and procedures. The nurse ensures quality and safe delivery of home hospice services, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and educates patients and families.
