Key Responsibilities Listen to recorded audio or video files and convert them into clear, accurate written text. Follow transcription guidelines, formatting rules, and quality standards provided by the company. Review and proofread transcripts to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting consistency. Identify speakers and maintain proper speaker labeling when required. Manage assigned transcription tasks within given deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information in all recorded materials. Use transcription tools and software efficiently to improve productivity. Communicate with team supervisors regarding project updates or clarifications. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong command of written and spoken English. Excellent listening and typing skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with word processing software. Ability to maintain high accuracy while working with audio content. Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Experience No prior transcription experience required. Beginners are welcome to apply as paid training will be provided . Previous experience in transcription, data entry, content writing, or administrative work is considered an advantage but not mandatory. Working Hours Flexible work schedule.
