A healthcare client is looking to hire a Program Manager to oversee program-level coordination across six data and analytics transformation workstreams, maintaining visibility into timelines, dependencies, and financial performance while ensuring alignment across initiatives. They will manage and track a ~$10M program budget within ServiceNow, handle forecasting, monitor spend, and support requests for additional funding, while also driving resource planning in Excel and ensuring accurate allocation across workstreams. The role includes facilitating contractor onboarding by executing and tracking onboarding workflows, maintaining process adherence, and improving efficiency where timing and process gaps exist. Additionally, the Program Manager will produce executive-level reporting and insights, provide regular updates to leadership, and proactively assess how shifts in priorities impact other initiatives, ensuring risks, trade-offs, and downstream effects are clearly communicated across the program.

This is a 6 month contract, with likelihood to extend another 6-9 months. The hourly rate is $65-68/hr, insurance and 401K offered throughout the contract.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in Program Management or Product/Program roles with strong budget ownership

Proven experience managing large-scale program budgets and financial tracking

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for reporting, financial management, or program tracking

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including resource planning and financial tracking

Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives with cross-functional dependencies

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership

Experience working in highly governed, structured program environments Experience supporting enterprise transformation or strategic initiatives

Familiarity with PMO or governance frameworks (SteerCo, portfolio reporting, etc.)

Exposure to data and analytics organizations (not required)

Experience working alongside product leaders or supporting product-focused initiatives
