Job Description

:

$31 per hour

Full time or Part time position (Hybrid)

Weekend shifts available

As a Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our computer systems and performing various administrative tasks to support our team. This position can be done remotely or in an office setting, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process and enter data into our computer systems
  • Review data for errors and discrepancies and make necessary corrections
  • Assist with creating and editing digital documents and preparing reports
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical data files
  • Communicate with team members and clients regarding data accuracy and updates
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, while prioritizing tasks effectively
