Recruiter– Staffing Agency – Central Time zone preferred
(Fully Remote - WFH.) With our recent expansion and another record year, we are dramatically increasing our recruiting capacity to keep up with demand.
TekCom Resources, Inc. is looking for an extremely ambitious, US-based individual with a proven track record to assist us as we continue to grow.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Central Time Zone and have previous experience recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency environment. Our national sales team comprises industry veterans who generate a high volume of business.

A 4-year degree is required. 2 + years of recruiting experience (Telco not required)
Solid computer skills (MS Office), a great attitude, and a willingness to learn.
US-based - Central time zone strongly preferred.
Obviously, you must be authorized to work in the US. We cannot sponsor Visas.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission - $50k-$65k DoE + Comms
