*This role is an internal recruiter role part of a team sourcing and recruiting for high volume sales and inside sales rep profiles. Seeking a recruiter who has high volume class hiring, or project hiring, of sales reps and/or customer service profiles. Role is onsite, part of a team and paying $40/hr. Staffing agency recruiter/recruitment profiles can be suitable for this role as well! We’re looking for a high-energy Recruiter to join our team and help fuel the growth of a fast paced brokerage business. In this onsite role, you’ll be the driving force behind the entire hiring cycle from partnering with leadership on strategy and sourcing top talent to managing offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities
· Drive the recruiting process by partnering with leadership to fulfil staffing requirements through effective recruitment strategies, including pipelines for current and future needs
· Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate them on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
· Handle offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/rejection; collaborate with business partners on all negotiations
· Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system
· Handle interview scheduling and logistics
· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels
· Initiate contact with potential qualified talent for specific positions via direct sourcing
