Job Description

We're hiring a full-time Public Relations & Marketing Manager to lead Paradigm's marketing efforts and produce compelling video content that brings our school to life. This position will begin in a full-time on-site role based out of our South Jordan campus, with the potential to move to a hybrid role consisting of a mix of on-site filming and event coverage and remote work for planning, design, and production.

You'll be the person making sure prospective families know who we are, current families feel connected, and our community sees the everyday magic happening in our classrooms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Paradigm's marketing strategy across digital, print, and community channels
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video for social media, the school website, recruitment campaigns, and family communications
• Manage Paradigm's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others)
• Write and design newsletters, flyers, brochures, and recruitment materials
• Photograph school events, classrooms, and student life
• Maintain and update the school website
• Partner with school leaders to surface stories, milestones, and announcements worth sharing
• Track and report on enrollment funnels, engagement, and campaign performance
• Support open houses, info nights, and other community-facing events
• Track marketing analysis and all applicable data

Who You Are

• A strong storyteller who can find and shape the human moment in everyday school life
• Comfortable owning marketing strategy end-to-end — from idea to execution to measurement
• Skilled with video production: shooting, lighting, audio, and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Proficient with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
• A clear writer with a sharp eye for tone and brand consistency
• Genuinely excited about education and the role a great school plays in its community

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing in education, nonprofit, or other mission-driven settings
• Drone footage or motion graphics experience
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, website tools (Squarespace, WordPress, or similar), and basic analytics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Familiarity with Brandstory and Endless Customers systems
