Summary of Position
Assessment Systems provides contracted services to organizations that seek to improve their assessment process and align with best practices, but do not have in-house psychometricians. The situations vary widely: nonprofit certification boards, language assessments, K-12 companies, and governments (e.g., Ministry of Education outside the USA). We are looking for a Psychometrician to work on clients such as these. Key skills include quantitative analysis (CTT/IRT/equating), test design, job analysis, standard setting, and test development. Additional skills in program management are also required.
You would do well in our company if you are an energetic self-starter with good decision-making, communications, and time management skills.
