Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure efficient and seamless manufacturing of tortilla products.
2. Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards and identify any deviations.
3. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
4. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety guidelines to create a secure working environment.
5. Troubleshoot and address minor issues with machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production line to uphold hygiene standards.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production updates and challenges.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
9. Attend training sessions to stay updated on new equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
10. Embrace a teamwork mindset to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
