Job Overview

We are currently seeking a warm, energetic, and professional Pre-KG Teacher to join our early years team in Xiamen as soon as possible. This role involves working with nursery-aged children (playgroup level) and requires a teacher who is nurturing, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Pre-KG / nursery students (2–4 years old)

Support children’s development in language, social, emotional, and motor skills

Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment

Organize play-based learning activities, including songs, storytelling, and sensory play

Assist with daily routines (meals, hygiene, transitions, etc.)

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress

Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education or related field preferred)

Prior experience with nursery / playgroup age children is essential

Energetic, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with young children

Presentable with a professional and friendly demeanor

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Native or fluent English speaker preferred

Able to start immediately
