Job Description
Night Shift Order Selector
Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking an Order Selector for the night shift who has previous practice for their client near New Paltz, NY. The Order Selector will be manually moving freight, stock, and other materials within the warehouse.
Order Selector job tasks include:
»Placing selected cases on pallets and arrange in an orderly fashion to minimize product damage for safe delivery
»Wrapping completed pallets and deliver to staging area
»Picking and shipping orders; processing returns
»Loading and unloading trucks with forklift
»Assisting with clean up in the warehouse
In order to be prosperous, the Order Selector should:
»Be willing to operate the Reach Truck, Stock Picker, Pallet Jack and Forklift
»Be able to lift at least 30 pounds
»Be able to stand for long periods of time
This is a temp-to-hire position.
Hours are either:
»Sunday - Thursday, 7pm until the workload for the day is done, which is typically around 3:30am.
»Monday - Friday, 12:30pm-9pm
Pay rate is $20 per hour.
