Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

DEPLOYMENT You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions while ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. Your expertise in various networking protocols and security standards will be crucial in maintaining a robust and efficient cloud environment.

• Design and implement cloud architecture to support business operations and enhance scalability.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Ensure compliance with NIST standards, ISO 27000, PCI, and FedRAMP regulations.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage incident response to maintain system security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing IT infrastructure.
• Implement identity & access management solutions using technologies such as Cisco ISE and Active Directory.
• Perform security analysis, threat detection & response, and system hardening to protect sensitive data.
• Utilize automation tools like Terraform and Ansible for efficient deployment and management of resources.
• Maintain network security through the configuration of firewalls (Cisco ASA), VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and SIEM solutions.
• Provide support for network installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN environments.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), and network protocols (DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows environments.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles including encryption methods, vulnerability management, incident recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware) and container orchestration (Docker).
• Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for software deployment.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic or SolarWinds for performance analysis.
