Serving a comprehensive, family-centered model of pediatric care, the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will collaborate across a modern NICU, closely integrated Labor and Delivery suites, and welcoming Family Birthing Centers designed to keep parents at the bedside and at the heart of decision-making. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will practice in a nonprofit pediatric hospital committed to compassionate, coordinated care from the first breath through every crucial transition.
In this collaborative structure, the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner reports to neonatal advanced practice leadership and the Medical Director of Neonatology, with daily partnership alongside attending neonatologists. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will lead comprehensive neonatal assessments, manage ventilatory support and stabilization, perform procedures within scope, guide family education, and contribute to rounding, transport readiness, and discharge planning. You will be supported by friendly nurses, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, social workers, and a diverse inter-professional team that values cultural humility, teamwork, and continuous learning.
