Now Hiring: Marine Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Location: South East Florida

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 (based on experience)

We are actively seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager/Estimtor to lead and execute complex waterfront and underwater infrastructure projects. This is a key role with a well-established and respected marine contractor, offering long-term opportunity and competitive compensation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in marine construction

Background managing docks, bridges, seawalls, or underwater projects

Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and field crews

Skilled in overseeing subcontractors and ensuring jobsite safety compliance

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Estimating experience; proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob is a required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of marine construction projects from pre-construction to closeout

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Assist with estimating and pre-construction tasks during project downtime

Project types include: marinas, docks, seawalls, and other new and rehabilitative marine construction.
