Manager - International Tax Services, PwC US Tax LLP, New York, NY. Help multi-national businesses achieve their business goals in a tax-efficient manner and address their cross-border tax needs by analyzing their financial information. Advise clients on tax laws and reporting, legislation, and planning strategies based on geography and jurisdiction. Advise clients with local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, corporate strategy, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and other international taxation needs. Create, maintain, and utilize client relationships and community involvement networks. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $190,000 - $225,000/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Law, Management or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Law, Management or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience. Certification(s) required: CPA or foreign equivalent, Member of the Bar or Enrolled Agent. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: * Working with corporate and/or partnership taxation, including tax research, compliance and consulting with an international taxation environment; * Analyzing structural realignment, cash and financial statements, reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options; * Applying knowledge of accounting and audit standards and regulations including SEC, US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, and the AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide Investment Companies; and * Researching tax and consulting industry trends within the international taxation environment to assess the tax impact of cross-border transactions. 50% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office. Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel required up to 20%.
