Our growing civil defense litigation team is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with 8-10+ years of hands-on civil litigation experience. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands the rhythm of litigation and can confidently support attorneys through motions, hearing, and trial preparation. What you bring

• 8-10+ years supporting civil litigation attorneys (defense experience strongly preferred)
• Advanced motion formatting (TOA/TOC), pleadings, and briefing support
• State and Federal e-filing expertise
• Mastery of calendaring and litigation deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Proactive mindset, you spot issues before they become problems
• Professional judgment and the ability to anticipate attorney needs
• Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

Compensation

$98,000 - $102,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
