Featuring a wide range of spirits and artisan food, the Drum and Quill is one of the premier restaurant's available for both tourism and local patrons seeking a unique and down to earth culinary experience. Headed by our Executive Chef with over 20 years of fine dining and corporate experience, the Drum and Quill offers both a rewarding and unique working experience with room for growth.
We are currently hiring Line cooks for all positions. Expectations are a wokring knowledge of culinary basic skills. Basic sanitation and food saftey understanding. Able to execute and complete tasks in a timely manner under the direction of Executive Chef/Sous Chef. Proper respect and team work related attitude. Pay rate is $13.00 - $20.00 based on experience. Employment reviews conducted at 30 days, 90 days, and every 6 months following.
