WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The North America Jordan Brand Creative Studio is the creative team tasked to bringing the brand to life in our largest geography, North America. We collaborate with Jordan Global Creative Studio and Brand Marketing to deliver powerful storytelling through seamless, end-to-end creative execution.

You’ll report to the Director, Jordan North America Creative Studio and collaborate closely with:

• Global Creative Stores Design

• Nike Direct business team

• North America Retail Marketing

• Brand, Digital and City Marketing

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A visionary creative with a passion for Store Design and Retail Experiences.

You’ll deliver world-class store design concepts that define the future of Jordan retail. You’ll create transformative store environments that act as canvases for storytelling — blending architecture, sustainability, spatial design, and technology into immersive experiences. Partner with marketplace, brand, and product leadership to translate global strategy into seasonal and project-level execution that scales globally and resonates locally.

  • 6+ years leading Retail Design, Brand Experience, Retail Experience, or Store Design for a major brand or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven creative execution with expertise in experiential and retail design
  • Direct experience applying creative direction, toolkits, and guidelines to a physical environment
  • Exceptional eye for design, art direction, and visual culture
  • Ability to originate bold creative concepts and guide teams through execution
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Passion for immersive, culturally driven storytelling
  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper, ACAD, SketchUp, Enscape
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, storytelling, and execution excellence

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Bring functional expertise in Retail Design, Architecture, and Retail Experiences to the Brand Experience, Store Design team
  • Partner to deliver immersive, Jordan-only experiences that elevate our retail environments and retail experiences
  • Collaborate across functions to translate brand and business strategies into impactful, culturally resonant retail executions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of retail design, basketball, fashion, design, art, and emerging cultural trends
  • Uphold the highest standards of creativity, quality, and consistency in all work
