Following a strong year of growth, we are looking to bring in experienced Tech recruiters who are excited by the opportunity to help build and scale this HealthTech function within an established, high-performing life sciences business. This is a unique opportunity to combine the commercial fundamentals of a 360 desk with a rapidly evolving market where technology and life sciences are increasingly intersecting. We’re looking for recruiters who can leverage their expertise in technology markets, build meaningful client relationships, and play an active role in shaping how Meet continues to evolve its offering through 2026 and beyond. Duties: Running your own 360 desk - candidate delivery and new business development (70% new business development focused) Exposure to mentoring/managing more junior employees before choosing if you would like to go down an individual contributor, business development/client management, exec search, or team management route to continue your career. Act as an expert within the Life Sciences space to be able to match candidates with our clients’ open positions. Creatively source for new clients to partner with which includes but is not limited to; cold calling, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals. Act as the main point of contact for clients assist them with their staffing needs. Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the entire recruitment life cycle from the initial phone call to closing the offer. Become a representative of Meet and our global clients in order to appeal to and maintain top talent in the industry.
