Job Title: Industrial Finish Painter
Job Description
This role focuses on applying high‑quality industrial paint finishes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply a variety of coatings, and ensure finished parts meet strict quality and safety standards. The position is well‑suited for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1–2 years of experience in industrial painting, finish painting, spray painting, or auto body painting, or those who have completed relevant apprenticeship or formal training.

Work Environment
This position is based in a large, non‑temperature‑controlled manufacturing plant with expansive production areas, including CNC workstations and welding bays, with further expansion planned. AC and heat will be installed within the next year.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $46446.00 - $51901.00/yr.
