As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the execution of promotional campaigns, live events, retail activations, and community outreach initiatives. You will work directly with customers and clients to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver memorable event experiences.

No prior experience is required — comprehensive paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, coordination, and execution of live promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Represent client brands professionally during events, retail promotions, and community outreach activities.
• Engage with customers face-to-face to provide information about products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Help create positive and engaging customer experiences at events and promotional activations.
• Support event logistics, inventory management, event setup, and breakdown operations.
• Collaborate with team members and event staff to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution.
• Gather customer feedback, engagement insights, and event performance information during campaigns.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused presence at all times.
