We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist who is more than just a "scheduler"-we need a brand ambassador who takes pride in creating a warm, organized, and professional environment for our patients and our team.

The "Dream Team" Support: You'll be part of a highly coordinated team of 10. With 3 people dedicated to the front office, you'll have the support you need to manage the flow without feeling overwhelmed.
Stable & Consistent: We are an established practice with a loyal patient base. You'll enjoy a stable full-time schedule and a leadership team that values your professional growth.
Be the Face of the Practice: Greet patients with a genuine smile and set a positive tone for their entire visit.
Master the Flow: Professionally manage phones, schedule appointments, and keep the daily "rhythm" of the office in sync.
Administrative Excellence: Verify insurance, collect patient info, and ensure the front office remains clean and organized.
Collaborate: Partner with our clinical team (3 assistants, 3 hygienists, 2 doctors) to ensure patients feel cared for from start to finish.
Experience: Previous dental or medical front office experience is preferred.
Communication Pro: You are friendly, articulate, and stay calm under pressure.
The "Owner" Mindset: You notice the small details and take initiative to keep things running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital systems and dental software.
Competitive Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE).
