We are looking for a front desk receptionist to join our dental family at Tara Griffin DDS. Dr. Tara Griffin has a phenomenal group working together to build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding patient experience. Our team genuinely cares about our patients by sincerely listening to their concerns, providing the utmost comfort and care, and giving them the attention, information and expertise they deserve.
We are looking for a front desk coordinator to be responsible for treatment planning, insurance verification and scheduling. You should be proficient in using the dental practice management software preferable Dentrix to schedule, treatment plan and checking in and out patients. You should be a multi-tasker, personable and the concierge of the practice. You must have prior dental experience.
To be successful as our schedule coordinator, you should work closely with patients, explain their benefits to them, communicate any treatment plan concerns while managing and maximizing our schedule. Our outstanding schedule coordinator should achieve excellent customer service, and balance the demands of multiple duties from the schedule, phone and insurance verification.
Our front desk coordinator will help manage day-to-day patient accounts at check out, help in determining out of pocket costs with treatment plans, develop relationships with our patients, and maintain a full schedule, etc.
