Job Description
The Concrete Repair Technician performs heavy, labor‑intensive concrete restoration work on commercial and infrastructure projects across New York and New Jersey. This role focuses on chipping, grinding, patching, and structural repair in high‑dust, high‑intensity environments while strictly following safety procedures and using appropriate protective equipment.

Work Environment
Work takes place on both outdoor and indoor construction sites across New York and New Jersey. The environment is high‑dust and noisy, with frequent use of heavy tools and equipment. Technicians regularly work at heights on scaffolding, temporary platforms, and elevated or temporary flooring, as well as in confined or awkward spaces. The pace is fast and the labor is physically demanding, requiring sustained stamina throughout the shift. Field crews are predominantly Spanish‑speaking, creating a diverse, team‑oriented atmosphere. Travel between various job sites is a routine part of the role, and appropriate PPE, including respirators and fall‑protection systems, is worn at all times in line with safety protocols.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
