EDUCATION REQUIREMENT :
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelors degree in Political Science Public or Business Administration Economics or a related field.

Substitution : Work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis. Such experience must have provided the knowledge skills and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelors degree.

For example:

1. 1. Four years of professional work experience in any occupation may substitute for a general bachelors degree.

   2. Four years of general work experience (does not need to be professional level experience) in b udget/fiscal/business management may substitute for a general bachelors degree.

2. Education must have been completed by the time of application in order to be credited. Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at an accredited college/university in the United order to receive credit for the education proper documentation e.g. a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. We also reserve the right to request further information about your academic program evidence of comparability or an original transcript.

Substitution : A Masters degree in Business Administration or Public Administration from an accredited four-year college/university will substitute for six (6) months of the required two years of progressively responsible professional analytical experience in evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs in relation to organizational objectives.
