Position Overview:

• You’re not just standing at the door—you’re controlling the first impression and protecting the environment inside.
• Deliver a high-level guest experience from the moment they arrive.
• Maintain awareness of the room and prevent issues before they start.
• Handle situations calmly, professionally, and with control.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong presence, confident communication, and professionalism.
• Good judgment and the ability to read people quickly.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Focus on guest experience and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, check IDs, and manage guest entry.
• Set the tone—welcoming, polished, and in control.
• Monitor the environment and address issues early.
• De-escalate situations with professionalism and respect.
• Escort entertainers safely to their vehicles at end of shift.
• Maintain overall venue standards and appearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Strong awareness (sight and hearing).
• Clean, professional appearance.
