This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in dealership accounting and administration. We’re focused on finding someone who wants to grow professionally. We invest in our team members and provide opportunities to advance into positions such as Senior Biller, Accounting Specialist, Title Clerk, and ultimately Office Manager. No dealership billing experience? That’s okay. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. What You’ll Do

• Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Submit contracts and funding documentation
• Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and lender partners
• Process title and registration paperwork
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records
• Assist with accounting and administrative projects
• Ensure dealership paperwork meets state and lender requirements

• Experience with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
