Position Details

• Position Title: Sales Director
• Location: Charlottesville, VA
• Experience: Senior living sales experience preferred (open to healthcare, hospice, home health, SNF, hospitality, or outside sales backgrounds)
• Compensation: Up to $75,000 base salary + strong monthly and quarterly bonus potential
• Benefits: Full benefits package

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close
• Experience in senior living or related industries preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and stay active in the local market
• Comfortable in a relationship-driven, service-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales results preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy growth through tours, follow-up, and lead conversion
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
• Represent the community at events, open houses, and networking opportunities
• Manage prospects throughout the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in
• Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team on census strategy
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and sales activity reporting
• Promote the community’s lifestyle, care offerings, and overall value to prospective residents and families
